Lykke van der Woude

Lykke did her graduation internship at WorkWire, where she studied the engagement aspects involved in hybrid work. She plotted the role of behavior in hybrid ways of working and discovered how interventions can be used to implement a new way of working.

With her background in Facility Management, she is widely involved in analyzing work processes, culture and identity of an organization as well as in change management processes, in which she makes the connection between the (work) environment and people.

With her enthusiasm and inquisitiveness, she is committed helping clients create an empowering workplace that takes into account the interests and sensitivities of the users.
